Return Policy
You may request a return within seven days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused in original condition with tags and packaging intact. If the product is damaged or defective, it will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Return Process
Send your order ID along with the reason for return to sjsoniajoyce@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 98767 07277. We will arrange a courier pickup or provide you with our warehouse address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed within five to seven working days after we receive the product. You may also request an exchange for size, color, or any other available product of the same value, or higher by paying the difference amount.
Exceptions
Sale items and customized products are not eligible for return. Slight color variations due to screen display are not considered defects.
