Refund and Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes to 1 hour of placing it. Once this time frame has passed or the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the same account/UPI ID used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after thorough checking and verification of the returned damaged/defective product.
Refund Eligibility
Only damaged or defective products received by the customers will be eligible for a full refund or an exchange. Refunds are not applicable for sale items or customized products.
